Ordering & Customisation
1. How do I place an order?
Simply choose your items, select your preferred colours and sizes, upload your logo, and add everything to your basket. At checkout, you can leave any special requests in the notes section.
2. Can I see a preview of my design before printing?
If needed, we’ll reach out to discuss logo placement, sizing, and scale. If we’ve already confirmed these details before your order, we won’t need to follow up.
3. Do you offer design help?
Yes! If you're unsure whether your logo is suitable, or the file type isn't correct, we can do a check for £5.00. That covers time to check files, make adjustments if necessary and mock up the design.
4. What file format should my logo be in?
For the best results, we recommend high-resolution PNG, AI, or PDF files with a transparent background and all text EXPANDED.
5. Can I order in bulk?
Absolutely! If you need a large order, reach out to us for pricing and availability.
Shipping & Dispatch
6. How often do you dispatch orders?
We’re a small business, so we ship orders once a week on Thursdays. Orders placed before 9 AM on Monday will be dispatched that same Thursday.
7. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and services. Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2 working days, however, the Royal Mail website suggests it could take up to 10 working days (Unlikely, but we have to say that). More information can be found on the Royal Mail Website.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within Great Britain. If you’re outside of these areas, reach out, and we’ll see what we can do!
9. Do you ship to Northern Ireland?
At the moment, we’re unable to ship to Northern Ireland as we do not yet comply with GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations). We’re working on it and hope to offer shipping there in the future—stay tuned for updates!
After Ordering
10. Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, so make sure you enter a valid email at checkout.
11. What if I need to change something on my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP! Once production starts, we may not be able to make adjustments.
12. Can I return or exchange custom items?
Since all items are personalized, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a fault in the item upon delivery. If you have any concerns, reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
