Returns & Refund Policy
At JensLittleT, we take great care in creating your custom-branded merchandise. Since all our items are made to order and personalised, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A clear photo of the item and the issue
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects your right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Cancellations & Changes
Since we start processing orders quickly, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once production has begun. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on personalised items.
