At JensLittleT, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Methods
- Free Shipping on orders over £75.00, via Tracked 48.

Orders up to £75.00, we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service typically takes 2-3 working days to arrive once dispatched, and you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Dispatch Times
- Clothing orders are dispatched once a week on Thursdays. Orders placed before 9 AM on Monday will be dispatched that Thursday (Except for extenuating circumstances).
- Stationery orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days.
- If there are any delays or issues with your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- While we aim to ship on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as postal service issues). We will do our best to help if a parcel is lost or delayed, but please note that Royal Mail guidelines apply, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays after the parcel is dispatched.
