RUSH MY ORDER

Need your clothing order faster than our standard turnaround? Our Rush My Order service is designed to prioritise your order and get it dispatched as quickly as possible.

Important: Pre-Approval Required

Before placing a rush order, you must contact me first to confirm availability.

We will confirm whether your order can be completed within the rush timeframe.

Rush Service Cost

Our Rush My Order service is charged at a flat fee of £20.

What Does the £20 Cover?

This fee is in place to cover the additional costs required to fast-track your order, including:

  • Shipping from our clothing supplier
  • Shipping from our DTF supplier (who provides your decals)
  • Ordering outside of our standard schedule
  • Priority handling and production time

Because we are placing orders outside of our normal bulk ordering window, we incur extra delivery charges from multiple suppliers.

How the Rush Service Works

  1. You contact us to confirm availability
  2. Once approved, you place your order before 10:30am
  3. We order your items from our supplier the same day
  4. Your items arrive with us the next working day
  5. We prioritise your order for processing
  6. Your order is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving stock

Expected dispatch: 2 working days after your order is placed

Why Is There a Rush Fee?

Rush orders require us to operate outside of our normal production schedule.

The additional cost covers:

  • Supplier delivery fees
  • Out-of-schedule ordering
  • Priority handling and production time

Do You Even Need Rush?

Our standard ordering day is Monday morning.

If you place your order on Monday, your order will already be processed as part of our normal workflow, meaning a rush service is usually not necessary.
